How We Punch
First, we load the appropriate base shape of the item into our embroidery software.
Then we insert the text you provided.
After that, we adjust the size so that it fits well within the shape of the item.

Text Size Adjustment

• Depending on the font, we compress the text down to 60–70% (*1)
• Only if this is no longer feasible do we reduce the font height to keep the text within the boundaries

Items with Multiple Lines
For items that we offer with multiple lines of text:

• We ignore empty lines in the customization details
• All other specified lines will be punched as large as possible

Etc.
By default, we center the text in the middle of the item.

If you would like a different alignment or have any special requests, please include this as a note during purchase.

For example:

• “Please embroider text left-aligned”
• “Please use justified alignment”
• “Second line larger than the first”
• “Please send an embroidery preview from the embroidery software”

Non-Standard Items & Custom Orders
